Return & Refund Policy

At SuitXpress, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our tailored suits and blazers. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit or style of your purchase, we offer a transparent and hassle-free return policy.

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.

Item Condition Required for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in New condition. Please ensure the following:

  • The clothing (Suits, Blazer Dresses, Business Suits, or Suit Vests) must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All original tags must still be attached to the garments.
  • For 2-Piece Suits: Both items (the jacket and the trousers) must be returned together to be eligible for a refund. Partial returns of a suit set are not accepted.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Please email our support team at support@suitxpress.shop with your Order Number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  • Return Method: By Mail.
  • Return Label: Download and Print (We will email you the return shipping label).

Return Shipping Costs:

  • For Defective or Incorrect Products: If the suit or apparel is defective, damaged during transit, or you received the wrong size/item by our mistake, SuitXpress will cover the return shipping cost (No cost to you).
  • For Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong size, the style doesn’t fit your preference, or you simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees. ($0.00 Restocking Fee).

Refund Process:
Once your returned items are received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 Business Days.
