When you purchase apparel from our store, the following conditions apply:

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without notice.
  • Product images and descriptions are displayed as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colors or fabric textures will be 100% exact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • We ship to addresses within the United States with Free Standard Shipping.
  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday). Total delivery time typically ranges from 4 to 7 business days.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery to ensure your garments have arrived safely.

5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Condition Requirements: To be eligible for return, the apparel must be in New condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), in its original packaging, and with all original tags attached. For 2-Piece Suits, both the jacket and trousers must be returned together.
  • Return Process: Contact support@suitxpress.shop to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any items back. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying return shipping costs for customer remorse (e.g., wrong size, changed mind). If the item arrived defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Garment Care and Sizing
To ensure the longevity of your suits and blazers, please follow the specific care instructions provided on the garment’s inner label (e.g., Dry Clean Only). Customers are encouraged to review our sizing charts carefully before placing an order to ensure the best fit.

If your clothing item arrives damaged during shipping or you receive a defective garment:

  • You must provide clear photographs of the damaged product and the original packaging.
  • We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
