Thank you for visiting and shopping at SuitXpress. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Area:
We currently provide shipping services exclusively within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Shipping Costs:
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum order requirements.

Order Processing & Delivery Times:
We want you to know exactly when your order will arrive. Our shipping timeline is as follows:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
  • Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Order Transit Time: 3 to 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Total delivery time is typically 4 to 7 business days after you place your order.

(Note: Orders placed after the 5:00 PM PST cut-off time on Friday, or during weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.)

Shipping Carriers:
We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your suits and apparel arrive safely and on time.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours.

Address Changes:
We are unable to change the shipping address once the order is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order.
